Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 3468

Situated in Ariarica, Flamingo Prison, the largest military prison, was touted as one of the most strictly guarded prisons on the planet.

Established on a solitary island, the place was surrounded by sea on all sides.

The island prison stood like a fortress of steel, with troops standing guard all over.

In addition to that, countless powerful figures from the Ariarican military were stationed there. There had never been a single prisoner who had ever managed to escape from this place with his life intact.

It was there where the Demigod, Lunar, was imprisoned.

That day, many Ariarican scientists received an inexplicable order. They were taken away, utterly bewildered, and brought there.

At that moment, gathered in the prison square, they were wearing similar blank expressions and whispering to one another.

Surrounding them were platoons of prison guards, their guns loaded and ready.

Unable to bear it any longer, some of the scientists approached the guards. “Why have we been brought here?”

However, the soldiers standing guard remained expressionless and offered no response.

“D*mn it, you imbeciles. I have important experiments to conduct! What on earth are you dragging me here for?”

“Exactly. I have important research to do!”

“You're breaking the law! I'm going to report you to your superiors, and you will be punished and—”

Right when the scientists were in the middle of their tirade, a series of resounding and powerful footsteps sounded from a distance.

The soldiers turned solemn. Standing at attention, they cried in unison, “Greetings, Admiral Welz!”

Under the astonished gazes of the scientists, a tall and imposing general, radiating an aura of authority, arrived in high spirits. He was surrounded by a large entourage.

It was the God of War, Wolfric.

The group hastened to greet him.

“Hello, Admiral Welz.”

“Your timing is impeccable, Mr. Welz. Could you please explain why we've been brought here?”

“Yes. Did we do something wrong?”
