Combat form?
The humans present at the scene wore expressions of utter bewilderment upon hearing Gryffen's words.
Does Mr. Cross also have a combat form? But Mr. Cross is not a God. Did Mr. Cross beat this God up so badly that he's now talking nonsense?
Wolfric, Leopold, and the War Gods of other nations, on the other hand, were frowning discreetly.
Of course, Nathan was not a God, but there had been many rumors recently, especially from the Curia, which has been spreading the news about Nathan being infected with the blood virus and turning into a vampire.
The Gods of the Curia even openly stated that Nathan might already be the new king of the vampires.
If Nathan really became a vampire and ascended to the throne as the vampire king, then Nathan would possess the combat form of a vampire.
For a moment, Wolfric and the others had different thoughts. Their gazes toward Nathan were filled with worry and apprehension.
The arrival of aliens, coupled with the emergence of so many terrifyingly powerful gods, had already started to give various countries a headache.
If the humans' strongest God of War, Nathan, were a vampire, then the human race on Earth would be in even greater danger. There was a chance that humanity could face extinction!
Nathan stared coldly at Gryffen, who was waving a pair of huge white-feathered wings and had become exceptionally handsome. The former responded with a smirk.
Upon seeing Nathan smirk, Gryffen immediately felt a great sense of insult.
Nathan's attitude clearly suggested that he could defeat Gryffen without even needing to go into combat form.
That made him, the Divine Realm Swordmaster, thoroughly enraged.
“Go ahead and laugh all you want. I want to see how long you can keep it up.”
After saying that, a pair of white wings sprouted from his back, flapping fiercely twice in quick succession.
He soared into the sky like an eagle, his hand gripping a lightsword. In the next second, He swooped down toward Nathan from mid-air with the glinting lightsword aimed straight at Nathan's forehead.
Nathan lifted his sword and went into deep concentration before striking out with a single slash.
Clang!
The blade struck precisely at the tip of Gryffen's sword.
Sparks flew, and Nathan's feet sank deep into the ground.
Meanwhile, Gryffen was sent flying backward from the collision, but the white feathered wings on his back fluttered twice, stabilizing his figure. Thanks to his wings, he was surprisingly suspended in mid-air.
Swoosh!
