At Divine Palace, the group of elite Gods all wore expressions of intense anger.
The expression of God King, Medille, did not look any better either.
“What message did Nathan ask you to convey to me when he let you go?”
Helios knelt on the ground, his voice trembling as he said, “I dare not say it.”
“Spit it out! Don't leave out a single word!” Medille demanded angrily.
Helios had no choice but to utter truthfully, “He said that Earth has no intention of making an enemy of Divine Realm. He hopes Divine Realm and Earth can coexist peacefully without interfering in each other's affairs. If you refuse or agree but then go back on your word, Your Majesty, he'll personally come to Divine Realm and pummel us until we beg for mercy on our knees.”
After hearing that, the elite Gods present were all enraged.
“How arrogant!”
“In our eyes, Earth is nothing more than a dumpsite, and humans are the lowly creatures within it. How dare they threaten Divine Realm? This is preposterous!”
“Nathan isn't human but a vampire. But he seems to have forgotten that even the once glorious vampires have become our prey. What right does he have to challenge us?”
“Send someone to Earth to kill him and teach those humans and those remnant vampires a lesson, Your Majesty!”
Tap! Tap!
God King, Medille, drummed his fingers on the armrest of his throne, producing two resounding taps.
The elite Gods ceased clamoring and focused their attention on him.
They knew full well that the final decision would still be in the hands of God King for such a significant matter.
Medille stared at Helios and asked calmly, “Did Nathan mention how he plans to deal with the Gods he captured?”
Helios answered truthfully, “He said that if you agree to his term of Divine Realm and Earth coexisting peacefully without interfering in each other's affairs henceforth, he'll release Mila and other God Warriors.”
Medille sneered, “He's quite audacious. Since he wants to negotiate, I'll send someone to negotiate with him.”
As soon as his words rang out, the elite Gods present were all dumbfounded.
