Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 3643

Several ape-men hurriedly gathered around, seeing the little monkey huddle protectively.

Then, they looked at Nathan and his group with a mix of fear and astonishment.

Nathan said calmly, “Take us to your king. Such a simple request shouldn't be a problem, should it?”

An elder ape-man slowly said, “All right. This is what you asked for. I just hope you won't regret it after you meet King Toothless.”

Nathan smiled. “Lead the way!”

With that, he sat cross-legged, allowing a few aliens to pilot the sailboat aircraft, leading the way ahead.

Eve, along with Sinistral and others, piloted the small aircraft, following behind.

During the journey, Nathan pulled out a bag of dry food, took out a few compressed biscuits and started eating. In a casual tone, he asked Blackball, “How far is it from your base?”

In actuality, pirate bases were often not fixed.

They preferred a hit-and-run strategy, moving from one place to another after each attack. This was not only to avoid retaliation from their enemies but also to evade the pursuit of the Gods' patrol team.

This time around, it could be said that Nathan and his team were lucky to have encountered members of the space pirates.

Otherwise, trying to find the pirate base would undoubtedly be like finding a needle in a haystack.

Blackball stared at Nathan, saying, “We're probably about half an hour away.”

After saying that, he stared at the compressed biscuit in Nathan's hand, salivating.

Nathan looked surprised. He lifted the compressed biscuit in his hand and asked, “Why? Would you like to try some?”

Blackball crossed his arms, lifted his chin, and haughtily huffed. “No way!”

As soon as he finished talking, an object suddenly flew toward him, startling him into hastily reaching out to catch it.

After catching it, he was surprised to find that it was a compressed biscuit thrown by Nathan.

He was taken aback at first. Then, his expression became complicated. He muttered, “It's not like I insisted on eating it. You were the one who gave it to me...”

After saying that, he didn't even know to tear open the packaging of the biscuit. He just bit into it fiercely and started eating.

After taking two bits, he widened his eyes in disbelief.

He even proactively moved closer to Nathan. With a pleasing look on his face, he asked, “Could you give me a little more to taste?”

He seemed to feel that such a delicious thing must be very precious, and he even thought his own request was a bit excessive.

So, he quickly added, “As a token of gratitude, I can sneak you some of my father's seaweed wine to taste.”

The few ape-like aliens nearby stared blankly at one another.

Nathan couldn't help but burst into laughter.

It was clear that Blackball hadn't been shy about stealing his father's seaweed wine.

He casually handed Blackball two compressed biscuits and said lightly, “I don't want your father's seaweed wine. All I need is for you to tell your father that I mean no harm.”

Blackball took the compressed biscuit, cheerfully saying, “Don't worry. I'll definitely plead with my father not to kill you.”

After saying that, he started to eat voraciously once again.

Nathan chuckled. “Don't rush while eating, and don't consume too many of these compressed biscuits. They could upset your stomach.”
