Barok furrowed his brow.
At this moment, Digby began to speak through the video call, “Our reinforcements, departing from our home planet, the Divine Realm, should not be able to arrive here at such a miraculous speed. But it's possible that a fleet out on missions has received word from our home planet about our battle here. If they came as soon as they heard, well, anything could be possible.”
Barok's eyes lit up. “Digby, are you suggesting that this approaching fleet could possibly be one of our other fleets that was carrying out missions elsewhere?”
Digby smiled. “That's the only explanation. Otherwise, how else would we have detected the unique signal that only our Gods' spacecraft emit? Besides, there are only a handful of pirate crews that can have such a massive fleet of ships.”
Barok nodded and said, “Yes, The Formidable Five are trapped here. There can't be any other crew of this scale. It must be our reinforcements. Everyone, get ready. Our reinforcements are arriving.”
The Crimson Moon Fleet and the fleet of Steel Wings immediately dispatched several spaceships, proactively welcoming the arrival of the “reinforcements.”
Little did they know that what arrived was not the fleet of the Gods but the Earth Fleet.
Meanwhile, inside the flagship of the Earth Fleet, God's Punisher Spaceship, Nathan was holding a glass of champagne on the ship's bridge in his chair. He was gently swirling it while listening to the reports from his subordinates—Marcus, Eve, Hepburn, and Dido.
Marcus said, “Commander Cross, we've discovered that the planet Octurn is in the midst of a battle! It seems like the Gods are in a firefight with the space pirates.”
Upon hearing this, Nathan slightly furrowed his brow.
The Gods?
Eve explained, “Recently, Toothless has been inviting the captains of various pirate crews to meet on the planet Octurn, recruiting these guys to join us. It's likely that the Gods discovered their whereabouts, which led to a fight.”
Nathan said, “Toothless is extremely important to us. There can't be any mishaps with him. Order the fleet to increase speed and move forward. Furthermore, everyone should be ready for battle. If we encounter the Gods, there's no need to ask for permission. Attack instantly.”
All the subordinates unanimously said, “Yes!”
Soon, Nathan's orders were conveyed to every spaceship in the fleet.
Apart from a few spaceships of the Gods, the rest of the spaceships in Nathan's fleet were all piloted by Toothless' crew.
Upon learning that Toothless might be in danger, the warriors from Toothless' crew were all in a state of urgency.
They ramped up the speed to the maximum and headed toward Octurn.
Soon, Nathan's fleet encountered several spaceships of the Gods that had come to “welcome” them.
