Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 371

Hendrick's eyes widened as he yelled hysterically, "Mr. Turner? We have never come across a person with such a name before. Who do you think you are to poke your nose into our business? We have the autonomy to decide on our partner."

Cyclops snorted contemptuously and warned, "Since you're currently in the South, you have to listen to Mr. Turner's instruction. I hereby declare that this batch of orders has been confiscated."

The enraged Hendrick yelled once again, "Are you trying to rip us off? Do you have any idea who we are?"

Without any hesitation, Cyclops raised his hand and slapped Hendrick in the face, which caused the corner of his mouth to bleed.

The arrogant man pointed at Hendrick and warned him in return, "I don't care who the hell you guys are. Since you have the guts to go against Mr. Turner's words and get in touch with Penny, we could confiscate the said batch of equipment from you guys as well."

Halfway through his speech, Cyclops beckoned his men and instructed, "Hurry up! Load everything into the truck! We'll take everything away with us!"

However, Hendrick refused to give in. He wiped off the blood and held his head up high. "Stay away from this batch of equipment. Otherwise, you'll regret it soon."

Once Cyclops heard Hendrick's words, he sneered, "I'm sorry, but I have never regretted any of my decisions throughout my life. Here's a heads-up for you. We'll continue to confiscate the equipment of those who try to strike a deal with Penny. This is what you get for defying Mr. Turner's words."

As soon as Cyclops finished his sentence, he left with his men along with the truck loaded with all sorts of equipment.

The ones left behind were Hendrick, the drivers, and several employees he had hired.

Since their equipment had been ripped off of them, the drivers got anxious all of a sudden. "Sir, they have snatched our equipment away from us. We should report this to the cops!"

However, Hendrick shook his head. "They are Dip's subordinates. Dip is an influential figure around here. I'm afraid the cops won't be able to do anything about it either."

The drivers were dumbfounded by Hendrick's reply. "If that's the case, what should we do?"

Nevertheless, Hendrick reassured the drivers with a grin on his face, "It's fine. After all, Vouivre Enterprise is affiliated with the military. They shouldn't have picked on us in the first place either. Most importantly, Mr. Cross was the one who placed the order. I'm sure you guys are aware of who Mr. Cross is, right? How dare they make a move against someone like Mr. Cross? They must have a death wish."
