She remained convinced that, even in her absence, the Gods' fleet could effortlessly obliterate the remaining enemy spaceships. It was just a matter of time.
The outcome of this battle had already been sealed.
In Tribulation Sphere of the Divine Realm, deep within a sprawling natural canyon, Rocky and Octaclaw's spaceships both experienced an emergency landing, coming to rest in close proximity.
The two heavily battered vessels found refuge within the canyon's rugged terrain, providing them with a natural concealment that helped obscure their presence to a certain degree.
Furthermore, the moment their spaceships touched down, Rocky and Octaclaw swiftly issued commands to their subordinates, instructing them to deactivate all systems within the spacecraft, with particular emphasis on disabling any signal sources. This precautionary measure was essential to evade detection and potential attacks from the Gods' vessels patrolling in the cosmos.
At this moment, Both Rocky and Octaclaw disembarked from their respective spaceships, each accompanied by a contingent of their loyal soldiers.
They encountered each other within the confines of the canyon, their faces marked with a hint of bitterness.
Octaclaw, clearly in a foul mood, dragged his eight razor-sharp spider legs across the rugged ground, leaving deep gouges on the hard surface. He cursed, “D*mn it, what terrible luck.”
Rocky, with his imposing physique and composed demeanor, raised his gaze toward the distant horizon. There, streaks of light, resembling shooting stars, continued to flash across the sky, serving as a visual reminder that the celestial battle between the Gods' fleet and the Earth Fleet was still raging on.
He said slowly, “We may be unlucky, but compared to Bluer, we are actually fortunate.”
Bluer, one of The Formidable Five, suffered a tragic fate during the recent battle. His spaceship had its defenses breached, resulting in a brutal strike that triggered an immediate and devastating explosion. Regrettably, Bluer also met his demise in the fiery blast.
A flicker of sorrow briefly crossed Octaclaw's eyes at the mention of Bluer's untimely demise. Despite Rocky and himself surviving the aerial battle, they were far from out of danger's reach. The Gods were unlikely to spare them; instead, they would almost certainly dispatch assassins to pursue and eliminate them.
Their current situation wasn't any better.
Octaclaw spoke slowly, his voice filled with resignation. “Our fleet is vastly outmatched by the Gods' forces in terms of strength. Toothless and Solo are still fighting valiantly, but it's only a matter of time before they face defeat. It seems our fate is sealed.”
