Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 459

Right then, dozens of vans arrived at Lion Bay. A few hundred people alighted from the vans, and they were Thomas and his men.

Carl and his thirty thousand followers could not help but laugh out loud when they saw that there were merely three hundred people at the enemy's side.

Then, Carl stepped out from the crowd and looked at Thomas from afar before smiling brightly. "Thomas Dunn, you fool! Is Nathan Cross too cowardly to come here, and sent you here to seek your death instead?"

Thomas sniggered. "My master will be here before you know it. He has a message for you. If you put down your weapons right now and kneel for forgiveness, he will consider letting you go this once. But if you are still this stubborn, you can just wait to turn into ashes."

Carl and Kingston, together with the thirty thousand followers, laughed heartily when they heard him.

In fact, Carl laughed so hard that his tears nearly flowed from his eyes. He turned and laughed with Kingston. "Zabinski, did you hear that? He actually wants us to kneel for his forgiveness!"

Kingston chortled, "He needs to be taught a lesson!”

Carl stopped smiling and looked at Thomas again before saying, "Looking at that meager troop of yours, you expect to have all thirty thousand of us to beg for forgiveness? You are as thick-skinned as Nathan Cross, aren't you?"

Then, he shouted out loud, "Turner followers, Nathan Cross says he wants us to kneel for forgiveness. Do you agree?"

"No way! No way! No way!”

Thousands of people roared and growled in increasingly louder waves.

Carl looked victorious and shouted, "Brothers, what did Mr. Turner say to do when we meet the enemy?”

"Kill! Kill! Kill!"

The thousands of people roared together once again bloodthirstily.

While Thomas was fine, his men, including Jack Green, were all scared to the point of trembling.

Carl could see Thomas's fearfully trembling followers.

He laughed and sneered, "Thomas Dunn, let me give you one final chance. If you are willing to kneel for forgiveness, I can consider giving you a less painful death."

Yet, Thomas smirked, "Seems like you don't want the final chance my boss is giving you."

Carl laughed, "You are still bringing up your boss at this time? If he dares to appear before me right now, I'll be the first one to kill him. Too bad that Nathan Cross is a coward who sent you fools in his place to seek death!"
