Joey Lund opened his eyes slightly as a sneer formed on his face. "Hehe, did my father find out that you people captured me and used the Lund Family network to force you to set me free before daylight?"
Nathan Cross didn't answer his question, but calmly said, "When you were captured just now, you told me that you were going to kill my family when you got out."
Joey squinted and smirked. "So you were scared!"
Nathan directed his gaze at Joey. "Tell me that you were just joking around, that you were just angry and said some things you didn't mean."
Joey Lund grinned. "Hehe, who the f**k's joking around with you?"
"You probably don't know how the Lund Family does things in the East."
"I really don't. Pray tell," Nathan spoke in a relaxed manner.
Joey's flashed a sly smiled. "The Lund
Family is ruthless. My dad has a nickname in the East called The Judge."
"What does that mean?” Nathan questioned.
"Nothing much. It's just that all my father's past enemies were completely wiped out by him," Joey laughed and said.
He then spoke with a half-smile, "I'm not trying to frighten you. When I say I'm going to kill your family, I will most definitely kill your family. When I get out of here, you and the Smith Family will die."
As he spoke, his expression gradually went crazy. He looked at Nathan elatedly and spoke cruelly, "Don't worry. I won't kill your beautiful wife and your daughter, Queenie Smith. I heard that she's extremely attractive even though she's still a little girl. I won't kill them. I'll use them to pleasure myself, hahaha..."
Joey continued mocking Nathan, "Are you afraid now? Furious, regretful, yet feeling helpless and powerless?"
Nathan shook his head. "No, but I don't have any doubts now."
"What do you mean?" Joey was appalled.
Nathan didn't answer him, but instead called out in the direction of the door, "You can come in now!"
With a swing, the iron gate was opened again. Colin Dunne entered with a group of soldiers.
Joey's eyes widened. "What are you planning to do?"
"Take him away!" Colin callously ordered his subordinates.
The soldiers immediately took Joey Lund out of the prison and headed straight in the direction of the mountain behind the military base.
