Kevin tilted his head and looked at Hugh before he asked, “What benefit do I get for buttering you up? Are you going to matchmake me with Hayden? If so, I’ll butter you up nicely.”

Hugh responded, “Even if I would like to help you that way, I don’t dare to do it because Hayden will beat me to death. In case you didn’t know, I grew up being punched by Hayden a lot. He bullied me every day. He might seem educated, but it’s just a facade.

“He has a tendency to act with violence. Beware of being domestically abused by him.”

Kevin said, “Coincidentally, I have a tendency to violence too. I’m looking for a partner who can fight with me. When we have conflict in the future, we can get into a fight regardless of who’s right and who’s wrong. The party that loses is the one at fault.”

Hugh was at a loss for words once again.

Kevin’s mind was different from those of Hayden and Hugh.

The two of them had a casual conversation downstairs.

A while later, Hayden came downstairs. Sure enough, she had changed into another set of clothes. She was dressed in a black suit, and she changed her shirt from light blue to white. She changed her tie too. If one had not looked at her shirt and tie, one would not be able to tell that she had gotten changed.

While watching Hayden walk down the stairs, Kevin rose to his feet and said, “Mr. Hayden, you have a model physique. You’re so well-built that any clothes look good on you.”
