Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 1966

Kevin unleashed his clinginess and chased after Hayden.

Everyone looked at the two of them, but no one dared to interfere in their affair.

Hayden’s admirers hated Kevin very much. They watched the whole night as the shameless man pestered Hayden.

Hayden went straight to the host to apologize. She said, “Mr. Williams, I’m sorry, but I have something to attend to, so I’ll excuse myself first.”

Mr. Williams knew Hayden was annoyed by Kevin’s pestering, which had become everyone’s topic. She was patient to have held out for so long and was only leaving now.

He said understandingly, “Mr. Hayden, your business is more important. Go on ahead.”

In the end, he added, “I can understand you, Mr. Hayden.”

Hayden nodded gratefully and walked out of her family’s hotel with her bodyguards.

Hugh was reluctant to leave. He scurried to Hayden’s side and asked as he followed, “Bro, you’re going back now? The party isn’t over yet.”

“If you don’t want to go back, you can wait until it is over. I’ll leave a car for you.”

Hugh answered after some thought, “Okay, you can go back first. Just leave a car for me.”

With that, Hayden left.

Kevin followed and bade his farewell while everyone else watched.

Mr. Williams finally understood. When Kevin asked him for an invitation not long ago, it was not for his sake, but Hayden’s.

It seemed that Kevin was indeed gay and was serious about Hayden.

All of a sudden, those bosses who had thought of making Kevin their son-in-law completely dropped the idea.

Even if Kevin wanted to marry their daughter, they would not agree to it. They could not let their daughter marry into the Yorks only to be widowed.

They wondered if any other men in the Yorks were gay.

Kevin did not know that his younger brothers were more or less affected by his open pursuit of Hayden.
