Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 1970

“What is it?” Serenity casually asked.

“It’s something related to your birth.”

Serenity asked with a smile, “What else is there to my birth? I was born to my parents, and my dad was also born to my grandpa. A paternity test was also done. My mom and my aunt are sisters by blood, and I also had a DNA test done with my aunt.”

Her birth was simple, so what else could be involved?

“I’ll tell you in detail when you’re back. In any case, it’s related to your birth.”

Zachary deliberately kept his beloved wife in suspense. It would be best if she could not resist her curiosity and fly back tomorrow morning, no, tonight, to be with him.

“Okay, tell me when I’m back then. I’d like to know what else there is to my birth.”

Serenity was not curious at all.

This was because she knew her birth very well and that she was definitely her parents’ daughter!

“For all you know, it’s going to be something huge.”

Serenity responded, “Make up all you want. As outrageous as you make it sound, I’ll still only go back the day after tomorrow.”

“My wife knows me best indeed.”

Serenity did not know whether to cry or laugh.

“You’re out socializing now, right? I won’t take up your precious time anymore. Go home early when you’re done. Don’t be kidnapped by women outside.”

“My wife isn’t here to keep an eye on me. What happens if other women kidnap me?”

“I’ll dump you.”

Zachary replied, “You heartless woman. I love you with all my heart, yet you’re ready to dump me whenever. You don’t love me enough. When you’re back, I’ll make sure you love me properly.”

Serenity hurriedly hung up the phone, not wanting to listen to her resentful husband’s complaints.
