“Just say that you’re there to take something to eat and then give me a few mouthfuls of ice cream in the garden. I’m healthy. Eating some ice cream won’t be harmful. It’s just to satisfy my cravings. I used to have ice cream twice a day during this period for the past years.”

Foodies had to satisfy their cravings once they kept thinking about certain food.

They would not be willing to wait any longer.

Josh was speechless.

He liked spoiling his wife and did not want to refuse her.

However, the family doctor said it was best not to have cold food during pregnancy.

“Dear, we haven’t even thought of our baby’s name. Have you come up with a nice name?”

Josh changed the topic to divert his foodie wife’s attention so that she would stop thinking about ice cream.

If it was something she could eat, he would let her eat as much as she wanted.

Otherwise, he had to try his best to learn how to reject her.

“It’s still early to come up with a name. We can think about it when the due date is nearer. Besides, we don’t know whether it’ll be a baby boy or girl yet.”

“We can come up with names for boys and girls. That way, our baby will have a name either way.”

“Don’t try to divert my attention. Hubby, my dear hubby, please let me have some ice cream.”

Jasmine was not stupid.

She knew Josh was purposely changing the topic, so she brought the discussion back.

Josh said, “You’ll have to defend me if my mom scolds me.”

“That’s for sure. I won’t let Mom scold you.”

“Just a few spoonfuls, right?”

Jasmine nodded. “Just a few spoonfuls.”
