“Rest early after reaching home. I’ll be back soon,” Serenity reminded her husband.

Zachary said aggrievedly on purpose, “Honey, I was almost misunderstood, yet you’re not even coming back earlier to console and accompany me. My heart is hurt.”

A loyal man like him was used and portrayed as a flirty man.

He was upset.

He needed his wife’s company and consolation.

Serenity smiled and said, “Okay. I’ll go back with Sonny tomorrow night. Nana might not return with me though.”

Zachary talked about his nana, “She’s already so old, yet she’s still traveling all around. She won’t listen at all. If she were younger by ten or more years, she would probably make a hole in the sky.”

“Nana said she had raised too many pigs back home. She had to look for suitable girls for those pigs.”

Zachary was speechless.

He was one of the pigs his nana mentioned.

The old lady had also found the woman who was by his side now.

“Can’t you come back tomorrow morning?”

“Jane and I promised to bring the children to the zoo. Sonny is very excited. He’ll be disappointed if I tell him we’re not going anymore. Besides, heading back tomorrow night is already considered early.”

Zachary pouted, saying, “You always prioritize other men before me and disregard my feelings. Sonny will be another person’s man after he grows up and gets a wife. No matter how well you treat him, you’ll only be helping someone else to take care of her man.”

Serenity could not help but laugh. She said, “You’re being jealous now.”

“I admit that I’m jealous. I’ll get jealous whenever you’re being nice to a male. Whether the male is an adult or a child, I’ll feel sour if the male isn’t me.”

“I hope the overwhelming sourness you’re feeling melts your teeth. You won’t be able to eat anything.”

“I don’t need to eat anything else. I’ll eat you.”
