Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 2303

Hugh laughed. “Look at him, Hayden. He prioritizes you in everything.”

“Shut up,” she rebuked.

Hugh chuckled while rubbing his nose, but no longer dared to laugh with that same cheekiness.

Hayden then glared at Kevin too. Despite that, Kevin laughed and did not get mad.

“Kevin, everyone said you came over dressed as a woman. I didn’t believe you’d go to that extent for my sister. Do you want to prove it with your actions?”

Kevin looked at Hayden and said, “I don’t need to prove anything to you so long as your sister trusts me.”

Hugh rested his hand on Kevin’s shoulder, leading him to the sofa. As they walked, he said, “I’m your future brother-in-law, so you can show yourself in a dress to me. You won’t lose anything anyway, and it’s such a shame I can’t see it when others have.”

Kevin gently removed Hugh’s hand and settled onto the sofa. “If anyone’s to blame for missing out, it’s you. I won’t dress as a woman anymore unless your sister wishes to see it.”

Hayden already had Kevin’s wish fulfilled, so he would not pester her to dress in ladies’ clothes anymore.

No matter what Hugh said, Kevin refused to wear a dress.

Hugh said regretfully, “Did you take a picture of him in a dress, Hayden?”

Hayden had already resumed work at her desk. She replied without raising her head, “No.”

The image of Kevin in a dress and wig was already engraved in her heart. There was no need to take pictures, unlike Kevin who had to capture the moment with photos.

Kevin wished to have pictures. Hayden was a woman after all, and could probably revert to appearing as a woman in the future.

On the other hand, Kevin was a man. There could be a reason Hayden did not take a picture. Perhaps she did not want to leave evidence of him being a laughingstock.

“Why didn’t you take pictures, Hayden? I wanted to see them.”
