Camryn turned to feel for the car. Then, she moved her hands along the car and opened the door. After getting in, she told the driver, “Send me back inside.”
Next, she informed the butler, “Let Carrie in.”
Carrie dropped her suspicions when she saw Camryn feeling the car. She was sure that Camryn was still blind.
She had nothing to worry about anymore. Her priority was to retrieve her phone and bank card.
A few minutes later, Carrie and Camryn went upstairs, with Carrie leading the way.
She was afraid Camryn would suddenly change her mind and order someone to chase her out.
Now that all the employees were changed, no one would listen to her.
Carrie wanted to get her belongings as soon as possible.
Camryn walked at a relaxed pace.
She even answered Callum’s call halfway and talked to him for some time while standing at the staircase.
She continued her way up after the long call.
As soon as she was on the second floor, she saw Carrie exiting a room with a new Hermès bag she had bought previously. Obviously, she had gone into her room to get her stuff. The days she spent without her phone and bag must have felt terrible.
