Hayden politely offered, “It’s lunchtime now, would you like me to treat you to a meal?”

“Thank you, Hayden. My schedule is packed for this trip, and I can’t spare any time. I need to catch a flight right away, so I’ll have to settle my lunch on the plane. Next time, we can definitely go for a meal.”

Hayden glanced at Hugh. He understood and got up to fetch the specialties that had been prepared for Mr. Ziegel.

“Mr. Ziegel, these are some local specialties from Jensburg we’ve prepared for you. They might not be very valuable, but they are some of the local favorites. I hope you enjoy them.”

Mr. Ziegel initially refused the gift but eventually accepted it with a smile, saying “Hayden, you’re too polite.”
