Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 3030

A few ladies gathered in the lavish living area. They conversed with polite smiles plastered on their faces.

Born with a silver spoon and married into another wealthy family, they have lived in luxury and every action was infused with elegance.

Carrie was led into the manor where she greeted Mrs. House and had small talks with.

It was her first public appearance as Mrs. Longbottom. Everyone barely knew her.

Carrie was quick-witted enough to mingle with other guests and initiate conversations.

In the past, she had attended many banquets with Paige and acquainted herself with quite a few madams and young ladies.

Although she was Mrs. Longbottom now, she could still interact with people she recognized. Since they did not know she was Carrie, she could use it to her advantage and carry the conversations based on their preferences so as to get along with them.

After Camryn entered, she sat beside Rosella instead of approaching Carrie.

Rosella glanced at Carrie, who was engaged in a conversation, and whispered to Camryn, “Camryn, Mrs. Longbottom’s voice and figure are very similar to your sister’s.”

Carrie had gone to WIldridge Manor to make a scene and demanded money. Naturally, Rosella remembered her.

“Yes.

“If I ignored the face, I would’ve thought they were the same person.”

Camryn added, “I was shocked when I first met her. I also thought she could be Carrie.”

When Mrs. Longbottom arrived, she followed Tasha out to greet her and badmouthed Carrie a little. She noticed Mrs. Longbottom’s smile would turn stiff despite quickly regaining control of her expressions. Mrs. Longbottom’s gaze would also flicker as if she wanted to scold Camryn.

The attentive Camryn had caught all the details, and her suspicion grew stronger.
