The lady in red left without eating the pie. Mr. Dylan only invited the other two young masters because he did not want the fruit of his labor to go to waste.

However, a simple pie might be too shabby for them, so Mr. Dylan prepared mashed potatoes and salad.

The supper seemed a little bland.

Nevertheless, it was best to avoid having hearty suppers.

The young masters would have to exercise harder if they ate too much.

In the past, Mr. Dylan would never have supper as he wanted to stay in shape.

“Please head inside, Mr. Peter and Mr. River. I’m leaving now. You can open the gates yourselves when you leave later. I didn’t lock them.

“You may stay overnight if you wish to. The guest rooms are cleaned every day. They are stocked with the essentials as well.”

After speaking, Beckham ushered them into the house and left quickly.

“I’m here, Dylan.”

“What did you make? All I smell are vinegar and potatoes. I think it’s balsamic vinegar.”

Peter asked River, “Don’t all kinds of vinegar smell the same?”

“There’s still a slight difference between the smell of regular and balsamic vinegar, but I won’t elaborate further since you can’t smell it anyway.”

The brothers had gone straight to the kitchen after entering the house.

Dylan was just about to head to the dining table with the bowl of salad he prepared. When he saw them entering, he passed the bowl to River and said, “Bring the salad out, River.”

River said, “Let me wash my hands first.”

He washed his hands and took the bowl. He immediately grabbed a cherry tomato and ate it.

That was why he was in a hurry to wash his hands.

“What did you prepare for us, Dylan? I’m famished.”

Dylan made Peter take the mashed potatoes out.
