Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 3287

Austin and Dominic had traveled to the company in the same car.

On their way back, Austin asked Dominic, “Does Ms. Isabella usually stay in a hotel or her own property when she goes on business trips?”

“She didn’t mention where she was going this time. If the location has one of our branch companies, she usually has a house there. It may not be big, but there are employees and daily necessities stocked.

“If it’s just for a business meeting, Ms. Isabella will stay in a hotel. However, she’ll stay in the presidential suite so that cooking is possible.

“You just have to pack everything you need for the trip. Ms. Isabella wouldn’t have decided to bring you along if you can’t cook there.”

Austin thought about it and replied, “You’re right. I’ll start packing once I get back. I don’t have much to bring aside from some seasonings. I can get ingredients when we get there.”

Bringing ingredients along on a business trip was inconvenient.

However, Dominic reminded Austin, “The ingredients must be fresh. Otherwise, you can list out what you need, and I’ll get someone to deliver them over.”

Austin wanted to say it would be a waste of money but held his tongue.

The O’Connors were as wealthy as the Yorks and Isabella was the head of the family. The profit she could bring in a single business trip was significantly huge. Therefore, spending a little money was nothing as long as she did not go hungry.

“Okay. We can assure the safety of the ingredients that way. If it were up to me, I would’ve bought the ingredients from the market as it would just be a short stay.”

Serenity ran a fresh produce company. Although her farm uses a relatively smaller amount of pesticide, its usage was unavoidable. Most of the vegetables sold in the market were sourced from big farms.

There was a difference between self-grown vegetables and those sold in the market. Only home-grown vegetables were fully organic.

Isabella was picky. She had high standards even for vegetables.

People with refined palates like her could even detect a change in seasonings.
