Camryn laughed. “What do you want to eat? I’ll ask Callum to make it for you.”
“I like everything he makes.”
“That won’t do, then. He cooks as long as he’s home. Our chef worries every day that Callum's going to replace him.”
Trenton laughed heartily. “You’re so lucky, Camryn.”
If Camryn had not married Callum, Trenton would never have known how good all the York men were at cooking.
“I think I’m really lucky too.”
It would be even better if they could have a baby earlier, but Camryn did not say this aloud. Besides, Dr. Carden had said that she would be able to get pregnant naturally in two years’ time. There was no need to worry and all she had to do was wait. Their baby would definitely come to them if it was fated.
“You’re up, honey? Wash your hands and let’s eat.” Callum called out from the kitchen.
“Coming.” Trenton went to help serve the food.
After dinner, Trenton said, “Camryn, I’m thinking of looking for Carrie and seeing how she’s doing.”
