Severance Of Ties novel Chapter 66

Chapter Sixty Six

Mustafa was dumbfounded seeing his youngest son all grown up. He had his same green eyes and Auburn hair.

"Murtuzaa..." Mustafa affectionately whispers.

Hearing his name Murtuza turned towards him, frown marring his face.

He was still trying to take Mushk out of his grip, but was unsuccessful as Mustafa was busy gazing at his son.

Giving him an angry look, he marches towards Irtaza and drags him towards Mushk.

"Dad.. My mama." Murtaza sulkily complains to Irtaza, pointing at Mustafa's hand around his mother.

Mustafa stiffens hearing the word.

His own son was calling someone else baba in front of him. Everyone gets tensed sensing Mustafa's stiff posture.

"Irtazaa..." Mushk helplessly whispers his name and he painfully looks at her.

"Come here champ, see your daddy is here." Irtaza picks him up in his arms while Murtuza keeps glaring at Mustafa for touching his mamma.

His eyes were in awe seeing his son so grown up. Last time he saw Murtuza was 4 months old and now he was nearly one.

Mustafa's chest tightens in pain, he missed his son's first word and walk, but he was more hurt when his own son didn't know that he was his father.

Murtuza frowns hearing Irtaza's words ,but sulkily nods.

"I'll lay him down next to you, you should rest." Mushk sternly tells him.

Soon, Mustafa was in bed with the help of Hussain and Irtaza. Mushk laid Murtuza beside him. All of them settle down while Hana leaves the room to make dinner.

"Mustafa.... What about Maham?" Mushk hesitantly asks about her sister in law.

"Hussain uncle spoke to the doctor, and thanks to the god ,she is alright and improving and will be shifted to a normal room." Mustafa's voice held immense happiness.

His wife was improving a lot and that was enough for him. He was ready to wait an eternity for her.

She was his Maham.
