Chapter 166
Shirley was just about to drop some hints, but before she could even start, the private room’s door got
slammed open.
A bunch of dudes in black clothes storm in, knocking over the waiter who blocked the entrance and causing quite the commotion.
Everyone’s eyes popped out, and there’s Lizetta, rocking a dark green flowy blouse and some killer wide–legged pants, her hair casually tied up with an ebony clip, and draped in a coffee–colored trench coat; she looked all kinds of cool with two rows of bodyguards clearing the way.
And right behind Lizetta is Yolanda.
She’s all decked out in a black tracksuit, rocking a high ponytail like a college kid, but then she’s gotta be extra with these big ol‘ sunglasses and a cigarette dangling from her mouth, just looking for trouble.
When these two barged in with their entourage, everybody in the room was gobsmacked.
By the time they snapped out of it, Lizetta was already at the drinks table.
*Lizetta! Who said you could come here? What do you think you’re–ah! Let go!”
Shirley stood up, but before she could finish her piece, Yolanda grabbed her arm, yanked her away, and flung her across the room.
Shirley landed with a shriek; it did not really hurt but her pride was in tatters, and her face turned greener than a sea of clovers.
“Tomboy!” Shirley hurled an insult at Yolanda.
“Blind as a bat!” Yolanda shot back without missing a beat.
“Liz, what’s all this about?”
Evelina piped up, standing up, but Lizetta’s not having any of it.
Without a word, she delivered two resounding slaps.
“Ah! Are you out of your mind, Remington! Help, ah!”
Evelina got a taste of Lizetta’s palm; her ears were ringing as her cheeks puffed up like hot buns.
She screamed in panic, while reaching out to claw Lizetta’s face, but Yolanda’s not about to let her get her claws out. This girl didn’t mess around with hair–pulling or clothes–ripping
She stepped in, pinned Evelina’s hands, and slammed her down on the drinks table.
Clink clank, glasses and bottles hit the floor; Evelina’s face was squashed, and her screams pierced the air.
“Holy smokes! Remi, aren’t you gonna step in?”
Cassius snapped out of his daze, looking towards Remington.
Remington, being stone–cold, stood silent and watched the scene unfold with his deep eyes.
Timothy looked over too. It’s Remington’s girl causing havoc and the one getting slapped is under Remington’s wing.
If Remington doesn’t weigh in, they sure don’t feel like it’s their place to step in.
Du Remington? He just swirled his wine glass and sipped it like it’s none of his business.
Hemt? You’re just donne watch?
Chapter 166
Timothy also took a swig of his drink.
Remington swirled his glass again, “Ladies‘ catfight, why should guys get involved?”
Timothy chuckled. He’d buy that for a dollar.
When women scrap, men stay out that’s if your girl’s not getting the short end of the stick.
Any guy whose lady is getting the short end would be jumping out of his seat.

Does evil really triumph always above the good in this novel ? How comes Stella's evilness has no end? Does the author believes that by giving justice and importance to bad people like Stella will make this novel interesring? I am starting to lose my patience and ask when will the writer finally will realize that the protagonist is Lizetta and not Stella....
