Micah hesitated for a moment. “Mr. Kennedy, Mr. Graham’s secretary called. Mr. Graham wants to meet you.”
Isaac was impatient. Which Mr. Graham?”
“Matthew Graham, from the Graham Group…”
“Matthew Graham?” Isaac exclaimed, his hand shaking as he spilled wine on the table as well as onto his and Gia’s clothes. But he didn’t care about that. Trembling, he asked, “Is it really Matthew Graham from the Graham Group? Are you sure?”
Micah replied. “I asked why I should believe them, and they said if I’m smart, I’d know how to judge. They also said Mr. Graham would only wait until 9 PM, then hung up and sent an address.”
Isaac set the wine bottle down and stood up. “What’s his number? And the address”
Connecting with Matthew Graham was a dream for many in the business world, and Isaac was no exception. Especially now, with the Kennedy family in dire straits, they desperately needed financial backing.
