Chapter 349
When Westin groggily opened his eyes, the sun was already shining bright.
He saw that he was still in last night’s clothes, lying on the bed, while Paityn had changed into different attire, calmly sitting at the edge of the bed and watching him. On the bedside table were milk, sandwiches, and sliced fruit.
It was clear that Paityn had helped him to bed and prepared breakfast for him.
He yawned and reached for the milk. “Are you feeling better? If you’re fine, let’s go to court together.”
Paityn didn’t answer his question. Instead, she placed her phone in front of him and said lightly, “I found this on your phone. I’ve already taken screenshots and recorded a video.”
During this time, her insomnia had been severe, so she had asked a doctor for sleeping pills and kept them on hand.
Last night, she had slipped a sleeping pill into Westin’s water, ensuring he slept soundly until morning.
Westin was baffled. When he saw the screen of her phone, his expression changed drastically. He grabbed the phone and quickly scanned through the screenshots, his face growing increasingly pale.
“These are fake. All of these are fake!” he shouted agitatedly. “I don’t know these people, and I haven’t contacted them. Did you deliberately Photoshop these images? What are you trying to do?”
As he spoke, he frantically began deleting the screenshots.
“It’s useless.” Paityn remained expressionless. “I’ve backed up dozens of copies in different email accounts, and I’ve set them to send at scheduled times. If you don’t want these screenshots and videos to spread across the internet, ruining your reputation and leading to your ban, then accept my conditions.
Westin’s hand froze mid–delete, and he looked up, his eyes filled with rage. “You dare to look through my phone? Are you looking for trouble?”
Paityn seemed like a different person, cold, detached, and ruthless. Her voice was devoid of emotion as she said, “You’re an adult. Stop throwing tantrums like a child. Staying calm is the way to solve problems.
“I have two conditions for keeping these scandals under
wraps.
“First, a peaceful divorce. You need to return all the money I earned during our marriage. Not a single penny less.
“Second, stop targeting Josie and stop entangling with the Donovan family.
“If Josie’s true parentage gets exposed, I won’t care about the details and will pin the whole thing on your family. Then, I’ll make sure the world knows about your pervert habits and your scandalous affairs with that popular singer, not to mention your bisexual flings.”
At this point, she revealed a mocking smile. “I bet no one expected that the ‘piano prince‘ from a prestigious family would
turn out to be such a loser.”
Westin looked at her in shock, unable to believe that she was the same obedient, compliant wife. “You… You want a divorce?
“Paityn, don’t forget, when you returned to the music scene, you were already washed up. It was I and the Pittman family who supported you, helping you regain your former glory.
