She’s Married, Sir (Scarlett and Sebastian) novel Chapter 137

Chapter 137

“You really did plan it with him!”

A cold voice came from above, making Scarlett stunned.

“I didn’t plan it with him.”

“Then how did he know you were here?”

Im not sure either. Maybe it’s because…”

“Stop arguing Didn’t you ask me to get your bag just to reach out to him?”

Before she could finish her explanation, Sebastian coldly interrupted her.

Scarlett, upon seeing his stubborn and indifferent look, abruptly halted.

He had already determined that she had contacted Dev to pick her up. No matter how she explained it, he would not believe her. She decided to forget it.

“You just recovered, and he came to pick you up. What else could it be if you didn’t plan it?”

Scarlett, feeling exhausted from his distrust and pressure, took a deep breath before speaking indifferently.

“Yes, you are correct. When I am able to get out of bed and move around, he can come and get me.”

Seeing her admit it, Sebastian curled his lips into a sneer, his eyes full of sarcasm.

“You are really cheap. Your body hasn’t recovered yet, and you can’t wait to be screwed by him!”

The man, who had always been known for his calmness and self-restraint, as well as his excellent self-cultivation, surprisingly uttered such unpleasant words.

After Scarlett recovered from her disbelief, she raised her face and smiled provocatively at him.

“Mr. Jackman, you are right. I can’t wait, so please let me go quickly. Don’t waste my time!”

She deliberately emphasized her last sentence, causing the man who was holding her to abruptly freeze.

Scarlett sensed that she had provoked him. She wasn’t sure if she was too angry or too daring, but she was determined not to let Sebastian enjoy himself

She was like a thorny rose, piercing Sebastian with all her thorns. “Mr. Jackman, we have already gone our separate ways and you are getting married. So let’s end this. Let’s not see each other again and don’t come back to me, alright?”

The man’s body grew increasingly rigid, and his dismal countenance was so pallid What did you just say?” His cold, crisp voice was tinged with hidden anger, and he was gnashing his teeth in an attempt to contain it.

Scarlett gazed into those icy, piercing eyes and clenched her jaw. “I said, cease pestering me. I don’t wish to see you ever again. Please, let me go. Allow me to go home with him…”

He came to her several times after they separated, making her think that he could not live without her.

Scarlett, upon hearing him say that his desire for her was only limited to his physiological needs, was determined to break up with him completely.

In order to make a clean break, she had to be firm in her words; otherwise, it would appear as if she was trying to play hard to get

She believed that if she acted decisively, he would release her and allow her to leave his house.

She had not anticipated that not only would he not let her go, but he would also seize her waist with one hand and pin her against the French window

Scarlett was utterly stunned when those thin lips descended upon her.

He was not kissing her. Instead, he was biting her red lips in a bitter manner.

He repeatedly crushed and bit her, as if his heart had been filled with too much anger that had been building up over time and he was finally using this method to vent it out on her.
