She’s Married, Sir (Scarlett and Sebastian) novel Chapter 254

Chapter 254

The things that Sebastian had done to her were only one-tenth of what Travis had done to Rebecca.

So this was the reason why her sister was in a hurry to end her life in order to avoid Travis?

Travis What kind of person was he?

Scarlett watched the lone figure vanish into the living room, her hand instinctively rising to her heart.

Did her sister live a more miserable life than her?

Scarlett sighed deeply. Rebecca had already left this world and could no longer find an answer.

She sat on the sofa for a while, then got up and returned to the bedroom. Upon opening the window, she noticed the Koenigsegg still parked below.

Her eyelashes quivered, and she firmly shut the window and drew the curtains, completely blocking the car from her view.

She wasn’t sure if it was due to his influence, but she had been plagued by nightmares all night.

She was disappointed in hum, despairing when she fell on a nail, and regretful before her death.

The memories burrowed into her dreams, tormenting her until she couldn’t sleep a wink all night. When she awoke in a daze, the sun was already rising….

The first thing she did when she woke up was to open the curtains out of habit. She looked over and saw that the car was already gone.

After letting out a sigh of relief, she turned and headed to the bathroom. After washing up, she went downstairs to eat.

Travis sat at the dining table, slowly spreading cheese on the bread as the maid prepared a Western-style breakfast,

Seeing her sit down, he raised his eyes and glanced at her nonchalantly “That guy last night seemed to have taken too much. medicine and passed out. They had to call an ambulance for him around two or three in the morning…”

Scarlett’s finger, which had been holding the bread, paused, and her expression was swiftly replaced with a serene one. She took a small bite of the bread and remained silent in response to Travis.

Travis no longer looked at her. After getting the bread ready, he handed it to Scarlett “Your sister liked cheese.”

Scarlett looked at the bread that was covered with cheese and then looked at Travis. She said lightly. “I am not her.”

Travis curled his thin lips and smiled casually. In my eyes, you are her”

He pointed at the cheese bread with his fork and knife and said with a gloomy expression, “Eat it.”

His

eyes were cold and fierce as if the knife and fork in his hand would be thrust into her chest if she did not eat.

Scarlett picked up the cheese bread, put it in her mouth, took a bite, and then put down the bread she had been holding.

Only then did Travis stop his fierce look and give her an elegant smile, saying, “Well done.”

After taking a bite, Scarlett put down the bread and said to him, “It’s not good. I don’t like it.”

Travis’ expression became cold again. “What did you say?”

Scarlett sat up straight, raised her chin, and said calmly, “Mr. Weber, I understand that it’s difficult for you to come to terms with my sister’s passing, but that doesn’t mean you can treat me as a replacement for her. I’m deeply thankful that my sister gave me her heart, and I’m also thankful that you’re honoring her wishes by doing everything you can to save me. Now that I’m here. I’d appreciate it if you’d show me some respect.”
