Sir, Madam Dispeared Again After Divorce! novel Chapter 1178

Julien had been following behind at a distance from Sydney for a while.

Sydney looked back at Julien to see what he was doing.

Seeing Julien walking leisurely behind, Sydney was pissed off.

Julien was walking so slowly, as if he was sightseeing.

'Is he trying to catch up to me? If he really wanted to catch up with me, he would have made it a long time ago. But he seems to be enjoying himself! He isn’t going to apologize to me! Bastard!' Sydney stomped her foot in anger.

Actually, Sydney deliberately slowed down her pace to let Julien catch up with her.

'I thought he was going to apologize to me. Guess I was mistaken. I won't give him the chance.'

Then Sydney turned back and sped up her pace.

Noticing Sydney's speeding up, Julien wondered what she was up to.

He thought for a while but couldn't figure it out, so he gave up and sped up to catch up with her.

Finally, he caught up with Sydney, but Sydney looked angry.

'I gave him a chance to catch up with me, but he didn't. What's he doing now?'

Sydney wouldn’t let him off easily and was determined to give him a hard time.

No matter what Julien did, Sydney played a blind eye to him. She didn't talk to him. Julien got nervous.

He had hoped to coax her later so she wouldn't get angry.

But now Sydney wouldn't talk to him and he was afraid that she wouldn't even look at him.

'What am I going to do?' Julien rubbed his temples and felt frustrated.

No one could help him.

Sydney ignored him until noon when the Old Madam and Felicia appeared.

The Old Madam looked at Sydney and then Julien. She couldn't help but ask, "Syd, did you and Julien have a fight?"

The Old Madam didn't want to get involved in the couple's business.

She believed that it was best to let couples work things out on their own and that things might get worse if other people intervened.

But seeing Sydney ignoring Julien all the time while Julien didn't know what to do.

Old Madam couldn't leave them alone.

Therefore, she decided to ask them what happened.

If the couple was really fighting, the Old Madam could mediate for them.

She didn't want Sydney and Julien to fight due to some trivial stuff.

It was not easy for the couple to get back together.

Hearing the Old Madam's inquiry, Sydney realized that her indifference to Julien was too obvious, and both the Old Madam and Felicia sensed that something was wrong between them.

Sydney was embarrassed by the Old Madam's inquiry.

She got in a fight with Julien at the Flint Mansion, and the Old Madam noticed it. How embarrassing it was!

She was worried that the Old Madam would not be happy with her.

Although Harry later adopted her and the couple loved her like their own daughter, her mom died when she was little. After she grew up, Harry died, too.

Now she only had her grandpa, but she couldn't spend much time with him because she was too busy with her work.

She really missed her family.

She really envied Julien for having his grandma looking out for him.

'That's really good.'

'Good, Grandma. I'm not mad at him. I wasn’t really angry. I'm just upset. Since you want me to forgive Julien, I will. I don't want you to worry about us." Sydney put her other hand on the Old Madam's and gave a gentle smile.

Seeing Sydney forgive Julien, the Old Madam was relieved.

'Now they are good. I hope they won't fight anymore.'

The Old Madam looked at Julien, who was staring blankly at Sydney. He seemed to be in a trance.

The Old Madam frowned.' What's wrong with Julien? Syd just said she forgave him. Why is he so stupid? He should use this opportunity to do something to please Syd."

The Old Madam kicked Julien’s feet under the table.

Julien immediately came back to his senses. He realized the Old Madam's gesture.

He stretched out his arm and took Sydney into his arms.

Sydney froze. The Old Madam and Felicia were also surprised.

'What's going on? Why did Mr. Flint suddenly take Ms. Raines in his arms?' Felicia was confused. But the Old Madam showed a smile to the couple.

'That’s my smart grandson.'
