Chapter 389 Naive Girl
As expected, hundreds of goons were lurking outside Sakura Club.
However, they were too afraid to enter with Bob and a few others guarding the front door.
“You guys are Jayden’s men, aren’t you? Do me a favor and take your brawls away from Sakura Club. Otherwise, I won’t hesitate to break your legs,” Bob threatened the men.

“Rest assured, we won’t fight here. The man we are about to fight is very cocky, he has already followed our boss out,” Tiger assured him hastily, radiating cooperation and amicability.
Bob nodded curtly and fell silent. He was rather curious to see the man who dared to piss off Jayden to the point where he had to call his men for backup.
At this instant, Jayden and Alex walked out of Sakura Club. Jayden smirked triumphantly when he saw his gang waiting for him. “Kid, do you see this? These are all my men. With a single gesture from me, they will charge forward to break your legs.”
“That’s right! Alex, maybe if you kneel and beg for forgiveness, I might consider intervening on your -behalf. You know, for old times‘ sake. Otherwise, prepare to face a lifetime of being a cripple,” Lily

“Alex, you should give up before it’s too late! Kneel and beg Jayden for forgiveness at once!” Landon urged, pretending to be concerned.
“That’s right, you have suffered humiliation before. Kneeling before Jayden should be no hardship for you,” Whitney mocked.
Confronted by the terrifying sight of the vicious gangsters, all blood drained out of Rose’s face. She didn’t have a clue on what to do next.
Alex drew out a cigarette and slipped it into his mouth as he stared at them tauntingly.
At this moment, a large, imposing figure strode over to light Alex’s cigarette.
“Bob?”
Jayden’s heart raced wildly.

“Mr. Jefferson, when did you arrive? Why didn’t you hit us up?” Bob quipped, evidently sucking up to Alex.
“Oh, I’ve been here for a while. I was just having a couple of drinks with my friends,” Alex answered conversationally,
“Who the hell are you?”
Lily glared disdainfully at Bob. “This piece of trash has insulted my honey, so you better get the hell away from him before my honey beats you up too!”
Jayden’s face turned pale at Lily’s thoughtless threat.
This brainless bitch! How dare she talk to Bob this way? Does she have a death wish?

Before Alex could speak, Lily was already rambling on with misplaced haughtiness. “Ha! How could this piece of trash be my friend?”
Alex grinned. “Hear that? She doesn’t want to be friends with me.”
Bob snorted, “This ignorant bitch doesn’t deserve to be your friend anyway.”
The moment he finished speaking, the good–natured smile on his face faded away, only to be replaced by the murderous scowl.
