“Oh, really?” Bob chuckled sinisterly. “Then tell your men to break her legs.”

“Wh–What? He is Bob?” Lily’s eyes went blind with sheer terror. 

Earlier on, Jayden had told her all about Bob’s amazing feats. She couldn’t believe she just insulted Bob, that Bob, in his face! Wasn’t she flirting with death right now? 

But why is he so obsequious toward Alex? 

She wasn’t the only one speculating over this matter; Jayden and Landon were scratching their heads over it as well. 

At this moment, Tiger strode over. Jayden threw Lily carelessly down on the ground. Staring up at the steel pipe in Tiger’s hand, Lily finally felt appropriately afraid. She clutched onto Jayden’s legs, begging pathetically, “Honey, I was wrong. Please help me plea for mercy!” 

Jayden threw a furtive glance at Bob but only saw the cold, unflinching face. With finality, he kicked Lily away and called out, “Beat her up!” 

Tiger didn’t hesitate one bit. He swung the metal pipe down Lily’s legs with full might. 

Landon and Whitney’s legs started trembling uncontrollably at her howls. 

The turn of events happened so quickly it couldn’t register in their minds. 

Rose, however, was dumbfounded. At the same time, she was overwhelmed with astonishment. What exactly just happened? 

She wanted to demand answers from Alex, but considering the terrifying situation at hand, she didn’t dare
