“Please take a seat.” Alex nodded, choosing not to reveal who he was. 

Once Carlene sat opposite him, Alex asked, “Is there any reason why you’re here?” 

“Mr. Jefferson, may I ask if you still need any more members for Galaxy Girls?” Carlene asked shyly.

Alex was engrossed in her singing even though she was singing without any accompaniment, and he couldn’t help but give her applause after the performance. 

“Not bad at all. Your foundations are solid, and your voice is amazing. Please sing a few more songs me.” Alex clapped and praised her at the same time.
