Chapter 880 Teaching Daphne A Lesson 

There was no sign of sympathy in Alexs eyes when he stared at Daphne while the sobbed and begged him for mercy If anything, all he felt was disgust toward her. 

“Let go of me! I don’t want you touching me with those filthy hands of yours!” he yelled with a disdainful frown on his face. 

Daphne quickly let go of him and crawled backward for fear of him killing her. 

She had witnessed Alex knocking Antoine off the stage, so she knew Alex was perfectly capable of killing her. As if that wasn’t bad enough, there would be no one who could avenge her if he really did kill her 

Still on her knees, Daphne continued to beg. “Will you please spare my family? I’m really sorry about what I did! I’m willing to do anything! You could sleep with me and use me however you like! All I ask for you to spare us!” 

At that point, she no longer cared about her honor and dignity. All she wanted was to survive and keep her father out of this mess, and she was prepared to do anything to accomplish that. 

Naturally, Maggie did not take kindly to what Daphne said, and whatever feelings of anger she had earlier returned instantly. 

What the… Even when apologizing and begging for mercy, she’s still trying to seduce my man? Is she trying to use this opportunity to win Alex over? 

With that in mind, Maggie snapped at Daphne fiercely, “Don’t even think about it! Alex belongs to me, and I’m the one you offended, so you should be apologizing to me instead?” 

As Daphne had taunted her and called her a prostitute, Maggie was not about to let her off the hook so easily. That was especially the case when Daphne tried to steal Alex from her. 

Daphne was not expecting her apology to worsen her situation even further. 

As Alex was the one who made the phone call earlier, Daphne assumed that he was the one who scared her father into submission. 

Even after everything that had happened, she still thought Maggie was nothing but a good-looking prostitute. 

Instead of apologizing to Maggie, Daphne simply shot her an annoyed glance and continued begging Alex for mercy. “I’m really sorry. Would you please forgive me? I’m willing to do anything for you! I may not be as pretty as she is, but I am definitely much cleaner, I know I dated Stannis, but he was the only guy I’ve been with! Will you please let me stay by your side and serve you to make up for my wrongdoing?” 

Daphne was probably the dumbest woman Alex had ever encountered in his entire life. 

Not only did she compare herself with Maggie again, but she also claimed to be cleaner than Maggie. 

Maggie got so mad that she slapped Daphne twice across the face. “Shut up, b*tch! How did you even make it this far in life? I will have you sold to a f*cking nightclub if you say anything like that ever again!” 

Alex nodded in agreement. “You know what? That is exactly what we’re going to do. We’ll sell her off to a nightclub. As for the Winters family… Since Jarell can’t even keep his daughter under control, there’s no need for his family to exist in Yaleview!”
