All she did was taking away her man. But how about Lousia? She killed her father and framed her for two years in prison. Now she was in a dilemma and couldn’t even live in the C City.
Lousia gritted her teeth and didn’t say anything. Then Emily said, “If you lose a close relative and go to jail for two years, you would just be like me. You would also make a living with your craziness, and you wouldn’t think about meanness or men anymore.”
“That’s my dad, too. I also felt sad when he died.”
“Lousia, shut up. You have no right to say that.”
Lousia suddenly growled on the phone, “Emily, you can’t find anything, because my mother did not kill my father.”
Emily hated Dorothy so much, and she wouldn’t believe Lousia’s words. What’s more, no one, except her could get close to her father.
After hanging up the phone, she turned to face up to Sebastian’s cold eyes. He just stared at her and didn’t move at all.
Previously, she only heard that women would make men tired in bed. She thought that it must be an unusual woman with an ordinary man. However, when an ordinary woman met an unusual man, the situation and the result were completely the opposite.
Just like him and her at the moment, she was exhausted, but he was full of energy. It seemed that he could have sex at any time.
“Give me the phone.”
Neither of them said anything in half a minute, until he asked her for the phone.
Emily gave it to her him wanted to go to the bathroom. After Sebastian read the message, he said, “I need to go to the S City for half a month. As for our marriage, wait for me to come back.”
She agreed.
After Sebastian went to the S City, Emily felt so free. She just needed to check some documents in the company at daytimes, and receive a few customers. After work, she had enough time and private space to rest.
She did not expect Dorothy could let her work. Maybe it was because of the public opinions.
Then she was transferred to the branch office to manage the real estate, which was Dorothy’s last strategy, in order to alienate her from the people in the headquarters, just in case.
The woman was stirring up dissension in the middle. That group of old men were all unsatisfied. No one supported her. It had been good that they didn’t maltreat her.
It was really strange today. Dylan, who had always been regarded highly, came to meet her.
Emily didn’t like him, so she let Evelyn find some people to stop him downstairs. But he was still the director from the headquarter. No one dared to drive him away, so they just persuaded him to leave.
“Miss Morris, Mr. Fox wants to meet you. They can’t stop him.”
Evelyn said, “Why don’t you go and have a look?”
Emily got up and smoothed the collar of her little suit. Just as she was about to go downstairs, Dylan ran upstairs with two kraft paper bags in his hand. Seeing her, he put them on the office desk.
“Miss Morris, it is really difficult to see you.”
She frowned and laughed, “Mr. Fox, what do you take here? Do you want to bribe me?”
