Spoiled by the President novel Chapter 409

Squinting his eyes slightly, he said solemnly, "My wife is angry. She must be dissatisfied with what I did just now. I have to try again."

"No, no, I am satisfied. I am not angry anymore."

Nell quickly said that in fear that he would really try again.

Gideon chuckled "Are you really not angry anymore?"

"Yes." Nell nodded.

"Well, that’s good.”

Only then did the man let her go. He got up, picked up the clothes next to him, and said while putting them on, "You can continue sleeping for a while. I will tell Aunt Joyce and get her to call you for lunch later.”

Nell, who was wrapped in the quilt, asked, "Where are you going?"

Gideon raised his eyebrows. Then suddenly, he leaned over with an evil squint. "What is it? You’re missing me already?”

Nell glared at him immediately. "No, don't be narcissistic."

As she said that, she wrapped the quilt around herself cautiously and rolled aside.

Gideon could not help but laugh as he looked at her as if she was afraid that he would eat her alive.

He reached out and patted her head, saying, “I’m going out to do something, but you have a rest. I will come home to pick you up at night."

Nell snorted softly.

With that, Gideon left the house.

In the evening, Joel’s birthday party was held at a villa by the beach.

There were not many outsiders and since most of them were brothers, naturally they had fun.

A group of people was barbecuing and drinking on the beach. Present there were Liam, Janet, Owen, Stephanie, Simon and the others. The party was very lively.

The boss of the Foster family, Joel's eldest brother, Alan also came.

This was Nell’s first time meeting Alan. She had heard rumors before that he was a serious and strict person.

Or maybe because of his age gap of nearly ten years with Gideon and Joel, he seemed a little old-fashioned.

However, after hanging out with him, she discovered that although he was not too warm, he was still approachable, and there were no airs about him.

Whereas the one that Nell was most familiar with was Simon.

As they were both in the entertainment industry, Simon was the first one of these brothers to know her. So as soon as he saw her, he called out “Second Sister-in-law” happily.

That itself made Joel laugh at him. Dissatisfied, Simon asked Joel to address her too. Joel was used to calling Nell, Youngest Sister-in-law, but in front of Simon, he refused to do as he wished, so he refused to speak.

When Simon saw this, he went to Gideon to complain, but Gideon knocked his head with the handle of the brush which, in turn, caused him to yell.

“Second sister-in-law, look at them, they’re bullying me. Come and help me.”

Nell burst into laughter as Simon rushed up to pull her. "Second sister-in-law, stop laughing. Beat him for me.”

Gideon patted his hand off and said, "Get your paws off her. She is my wife, why will she help you?”

Simon was red with anger, "I know she’s your wife but she is still my sister-in-law!"

With that said, he pulled Nell towards him again.

Nell could not do anything but get up and look at Gideon and Joel, pretending to be angry. "Don't bully Simon, he’s the youngest. You must respect the old and love the young."

Simon nodded quickly. "Yeah, yeah, I'm a younger brother. You should all love me and spoil me. Why are you trying to bully me?"

Joel laughed so hard that he kept coughing and while he laughed, he said, "Yes, yes, you are the younger brother."

When Simon heard the words, he realized that he was being teased again, and he stared at Joel furiously.

"See, you’re choking on your laughter, that’s karma!”

Helpless, Nell took a bottle of water and passed it to Joel.
