Spoiled by the President novel Chapter 881

Vickie did not know if it was her imagination, but she thought that Andrea was a little different from before today. It seemed like she had a lot on her mind.

What on earth was going on?

However, they were outside now, and Andrea refused to say anything, so there was nothing she could do either.

It was already noon when they finished shopping. Vickie suggested they go somewhere nearby to eat.

In the end, they picked a high-end restaurant with good food. Andrea went to the washroom first after entering.

Vickie did not mind and arranged for Jonathan and the others to be seated in the next booth while Andrea and she shared a booth themselves. Then, they all sat down and began to order. The dishes here were on the lighter side. She ordered a few that she liked and a few more that she guessed Andrea would like, as well as a pot of tea.

Meanwhile, on the other side, inside the washroom, Andrea had a death grip on her phone and she seethed in anger. “Are you sure you’re not going to help me?”

On the other end, the man’s voice was low and angry. “It’s not that I don’t want to help you, Amber. Our relationship is confidential. If I make a move, then everyone will know that you’re my daughter. How will the rest of the plan work then? You need to focus on the bigger picture!”

“I don’t care about the bigger picture! All I know is that my grandma is in danger. She’ll die if I don’t save her!”

“Amber, they won’t dare to do anything to your grandma as long as you keep delaying. They’re still counting on you to help them, so it’s unlikely they’ll actually do anything to her. Don’t mess up at this juncture.”

“I don’t care. I’m asking you one last time. Are you helping me or not?”

The other party was silent for a moment. Then, he let out a sigh.

“Amber, it’s not that I don’t want to help you. It’s just really inconvenient for me…”

“Haha…” Andrea suddenly burst into ironic laughter.

“Inconvenient? Alright, I understand now. Since it’s so inconvenient for you, Mr. Flinders, from now on, don’t expect me to do anything more for you! You’re not worth it!”

Then, she hung up the phone.

On the other end, Shimon Flinders looked at the disconnected phone and frowned.

Yuliana came out of the fitting room in a Chanel outfit and asked, “How about this one? Is it pretty?”

Shimon did not reply.

She looked at the man sitting there and saw his gloomy face. His brows were tightly knitted and his entire body exuded a heavy air. Stunned, she narrowed her eyes slightly and smiled. “Shimon, what’s wrong?”

Shimon came back to his senses. He looked at her and nodded. “It’s nice.”

His words were clearly perfunctory, so Yuliana grew a little dissatisfied. However, she did not dare to say anything else. “Then, I’ll take it, alright?”

“Yeah, sure,” Shimon said and took out his card to let the salesclerk swipe it.

They left after buying the clothes.

At the same time, Andrea also came out from the washroom.

They were at a mushroom hotpot restaurant. When she became out, Vickie was pouring the freshly served food into the pot.

Upon seeing her, Vickie smiled. “Sit down and try how this one tastes.”

Andrea sat down across from her, but Vickie did not even have to look at her to notice that Andrea’s expression looked even worse than before. The thick sorrow in her eyes could not be concealed.

She said casually, “Andrea, if you encounter any difficulties that are within my capabilities, you can tell me.”
