"Forgive my guildmates. They’re... new to power. And hungry to prove themselves." Lucien paused and then continued. "Well, you seem busy, or you will be busy in a bit, so I am going to let you go. You should really head inside and take a look at the Blood Hall rebuilding status."

Hmmm? Damon raised a brow.

"While you were busy playing with those useless idiots up north, our little guild stepped in and took care of the blood hall for you. You should have really not taken your eye off the prize, and now... oops... we have snatched it. He He."

Lucien laughed. The sneer on his face was clear, and his eyes were full of disdain and arrogance. "You don’t mind a little friendly competition now, do you? It even gave me a sweet, sweet noble title. Who knew that this little title would be so handy with the vampires?"

Lucien laughed again and waited for Damon’s expression to change. However, Damon’s face remained as indifferent as ever.

"Heh. It’s fine. I know you are in shock. You would have never expected someone to come to your house and rape your wife after all." Lucien sneered. "Just a simple deposit and I instantly reaped the rewards you have been working so hard for. As another man, I hate to cuckold you like this, but hey all is fair in war and games, right?"

The guy once again paused as if he was waiting to see Damon’s reaction.

To his surprise, Damon finally did react. He lifted his little finger and casually cleaned his ears out. "Uh.. alright. Get out of my way. I don’t want to listen to all of this nonsense so early in the morning."

Lucien’s face slightly changed but the man quickly regained his composure. "There is no use acting in front of me. Your wife’s sweet virginity is already gone. What can you even do about it now?"

Damon sighed. "What the hell are you going on and on about wife this and wife that? Are you fucking kidding me? I am already pissed off that I am somehow in a relationship that I did not plan on being in and now why the fuck are you saying wife this and wife that? Aren’t you just talking about the gold quest?"

Lucien was dumbfounded. He did not understand what the hell Damon was talking about. What relationship? Was this guy really not pissed that he stole the reward?

Seeing his face, Damon correctly guessed it. "Dude, did you just complete the gold quest for the blood hall rebuild?"

Lucien nodded. "That is the only doable quest there and I completed it. I also got an amazing reward and a title for it." He proudly explained.

"Right, so you didn’t really rape my wife now, did you? All you did was come in to our house and clean the toilets. What the hell are you boasting about?"

Lucien’s face darkened. "Blood God! I am a noble vampire now!" He gritted his teeth and shouted.

"Ya. Ya. But what rank of nobility are you?" Damon sneered. He no longer bothered with the guy and casually walked past him.
