"You want to challenge me?"
Olivia's eyes widened in disbelief, her laughter laced with outrage. "Ha! Alright then! There's a piano right over there. Let's have a showdown. If I win, you leave the world of piano forever!"
"What's the point of competing!?"
Luna had jogged over just in time to catch the challenge. She shot a displeased look at Nancy and turned her angry gaze to Olivia.
"Olivia Davis, you're not even in the same league as my Vivian!"
Olivia covered her smile with her hand and gave Luna a disdainful once-over.
"Same league? Luna, was Vivian even qualified to collaborate with Rermès back then? Shall I let everyone here know your dirty tricks?"
Luna's face instantly turned ashen. It was a well-known fact that Vivian's success was not entirely her own doing. A large part of it was Luna's manipulations to push Vivian to the top.
If these facts were made public, Luna's reputation would be dragged through the mud.
Suddenly, Nancy's lethargic voice broke the tense standoff. "And what if you lose?"
Olivia's attention immediately shifted from Luna to Nancy. Her lips curled into a smile as she pronounced each word clearly, "If I lose, I will leave the world of piano and never perform on stage again!"
Their fights had already drawn a crowd. Upon hearing Olivia's words, the spectators were shocked.
"Wow, are they really going this far?"
"Yeah, she's staking her entire career on this. That's a huge bet."
"No worries, Vivian can handle it. Even if she quits the piano world, she still has Young Master Firth. He could easily invest billions to make her a top star."
Hearing the chatter around her, Luna felt a chill in her heart.
