At a psychiatric hospital in Hallsbay, Artemis accompanied Bailey to visit Rhonda, who Beatrice had sent to the psychiatric hospital.

She could see a crazed woman jumping around in the corridor from afar. The nurse seemed annoyed by that and slapped the woman's arm multiple times, causing the latter to yelp in pain.

“What's her situation now?” Bailey asked lightly.

One of the psychiatrists beside her immediately answered, “Ms. Rhonda has received a huge shock, causing her to lose her mind. However, it's not a serious issue. The main reason for her illness is her reluctance to face reality.”

Bailey sneered. Reluctance to face reality? Isn't it letting her off the hook too easily if she can escape reality by losing her mind? I have to make sure she goes through this with a clear mind.

“Can you treat this with medicine?”
