Cersei's pupils contracted sharply. She had a hunch about what was to be said, but she couldn't bear to accept such a reality.

She truly couldn't accept that the love affair she had experienced was a trap, a pit they had deliberately dug for her.

“A-Are you Thousand Faces?”

Bailey curled her lips into a smile. “That's right. I am that disguise master, Thousand Faces, internationally renowned for my unparalleled skills in the art of disguise. Having a suicide attacker impersonate Artemis to mess with you is as simple as lifting a finger for me. Heck, it's even easier than drinking water. Of course, you can continue to deceive yourself. I don't really care. But for coveting my man and ending up in such a predicament, you truly got what you deserved.”

After she finished speaking, she slowly stood up.

As Cersei saw her leaving, she quickly reached out and grabbed the hem of her pants, shouting, “Why are you all scheming against me? Haven't you done enough damage to me already?”

Bailey looked down at her from a high above, her voice light as a feather. “If I didn't do this, how could I have used you to lure Kurt into the trap? If we don't do this, how are we supposed to infiltrate this castle rigged with explosives and rescue the person we want to save? Cersei, from the moment you decided to collude with Kurt, you should have realized that you would become a pawn in the battle between both sides.”

Cersei's body was shaking violently. With tear-filled eyes, she looked at Artemis, who stood with his hands behind his back, and asked, “Was it really not you last night?”

Artemis wouldn't even look at her directly. With an indifferent and heartless tone, he asked, “Who gave you the courage to think that I would lay a hand on you?”

As if being struck by lightning, Cersei felt her world completely collapse.

She struggled to her feet and dashed toward Bailey like a mad woman.

“You've ruined me, but I won't let you off easily either.”

In the midst of her speech, a dagger suddenly appeared in her hand, thrusting straight toward Bailey's chest.

Artemis' attention was entirely focused on Bailey. Seeing that Cersei was about to harm her, he rushed over without a second thought.

With a swift movement, he reached her in less than two seconds, then launched a kick that landed squarely on Cersei's chest.

Bailey crouched down, placing a mask on Cersei's face. In the next second, the latter had transformed into the image of Blaze.

“Take her with us. Let's go to the main house.”
