Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance novel Chapter 1123

Then, Leo turned the doorknob and stepped inside. Anya's bed was tidily made, with a big teddy bear taking up most of it. Leo chuckled as he walked in and asked the bear, "Hey, where's your owner?"

Just then, the front door creaked open, and Anya came in, juggling bags of groceries. "Chad, hurry up! My fingers are about to fall off from carrying all this stuff."

Leo quickly went over to her, raising an eyebrow at the girl who'd been up early to shop. "What have you been doing?"

"Just picking up groceries to whip up a feast for Chad—a really big one," she grinned and headed to the kitchen.

Leo trailed after her into the kitchen.

That afternoon, everyone stayed in their groove—those napping kept on napping, and the busy bees stayed busy. Anya had signed up for driving school, and Leo went along with her to check it out.

Midway through, Leo got a call and had to take off with Anya. They swung by a company, and Leo instructed, "Hang tight in the car, I gotta fix something real quick."

Anya nodded, scrolling through Facebook. "Weird, how come my aunts haven't been bragging about their gifts online?"

Meanwhile, Molly was shifting her position in bed. Suddenly, she felt something soft next to her. She was about to toss it off the bed but realized it was warm and had a nose and eyes. Drowsily, she opened her eyes and recoiled in surprise, "Oh my gosh, you nearly gave me a heart attack!"

Little Wayne, snuggled next to her, let out a cute yawn, stretching his arms like a sleepy kitten, and looked at his now-awake mom, "Oh."

Molly was too comfy to get up, her body feeling like jelly. She rolled over, fully awake but refusing to budge. "Wayne, your dad really is something else. When did you sneak in here?"

Over at Maplewood Estates, little Henry was having a blast on the swing, then he'd dash over to shake his ginkgo tree, leaving toy cars scattered all over the place, before toddling off towards the lake.

Trailing behind him were four dedicated servants.

In the heat of summer, Henry refused to head indoors. Worried he'd get heatstroke, one servant held a fan over him, another waved it to keep him cool, while the other two had snacks and drinks at the ready, treating him like royalty. "Henry, let's head back inside, or you'll catch a bug and need a shot."

Henry ignored them, and when he got thirsty, he turned to the servant with the drink, stood on tiptoes, and opened his little mouth. The servant quickly obliged, while another handed him a milk stick.

After a stroll by the lake, they moved on to his dad's gazebo. Staring at the rockery, he tried to budge the fake rocks but couldn't. Then, eyeing the pond's lotuses, he reached out with his tiny hands, "Ah! ah ah."
