Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance novel Chapter 1215

Mr. Thompson burst into laughter, "I never imagined Mrs. Cedillo to have such a wicked sense of humor. No wonder Andre is head over heels for her."

Mia held her son close, perfecting her innocent and sweet facade, lowering everyone's guard around her.

But as Mr. Thompson's laughter faded, he got serious, "You've got some charm, lady. I wish I could let you walk away smiling, curious about what exactly Andre adores about you. But! Your husband's brutal tactics have wiped out so many of my men! Such a shame," Mr. Thompson stepped closer, peering into Mia's clear eyes, "I have to make you and your son suffer, to give Andre a taste of endless torment! I want him to toss and turn every night, never finding peace."

"Grab them."

"Daddy!" Henry suddenly cried out, recognizing his father's name.

Mia quickly intervened, "Hold on! My son needs to use the bathroom."

The assassins exchanged glances, unsure.

Mia stumbled over her words, "He’s just a kid, he can't hold it in, maybe you could let him use the bathroom first?"

"Mr. Thompson, should we go ahead?"

Mia pressed on, "Unless you don't mind the smell, let my son show everyone how he does his business right here. Little ones can be pretty stinky."

Mr. Thompson pulled out his gun, "If he's dead, he won't need a bathroom anymore."

Mia shielded her son's head with her hands, "True, but then you'd never know how that person died."

"Who?" Mr. Thompson asked, puzzled.

Mia hinted, "Over in the West, at the Hernandez Estate, the assassin!"

"Yeah, Mr. Thompson, it doesn't add up, she was bawling her eyes out in the car just now."

Mr. Thompson lowered his gun, "Let your son go."

Mia set Henry down, squatted to meet his eyes, and gently stroked his cheek, "Sweetie, I can't come with you to the bathroom, go find a spot outside, okay?"

She leaned in, whispering, "Play hide and seek, if you’re caught, I'll give your little bum a spanking, make you cry."

Letting him go, Henry darted off to "use the bathroom."

With her son gone, in no time, Mia found herself tied up.

Watching her son's disappearing figure, Mr. Thompson demanded, "Where’s he going?"
