Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance novel Chapter 1266

Henry grabbed a tissue from their dad's car to wipe his little brother's mouth, and as he did, Wayne opened his mouth wide, ready for more.

Madison, cuddling her grandson, remarked, "Once Mia's done with her exams, our Henry will have his mom doting on him again."

Andre chimed in, "Mom, even with her studies, Mia always finds a couple of hours every night to play with Henry and tuck him in."

During Mia's exams, Hansen set a firm rule at home: "No one is to ask Mia about her exams or put any pressure on her."

So, life carried on as usual during Mia's exams. The weather, which had been cooling, turned sunny and bright just in time. Cooper and his nephew took joyrides on rented bikes, enjoying the breeze without a care.

Henry was over the moon, while Wayne watched with anticipation. Cooper reassured him, "Sweetie, next year when you're a bit bigger, I'll take you out for a ride too."

Finally, exams were over.

Everyone, breath held, felt the relief as they put down their pens and left the exam hall.

Henry, perched on his dad's shoulders, was the most noticeable little guy in the crowd. He quickly spotted a familiar figure and yelled, "Mom!my!!"

Mia dashed towards her son under the warm winter sunshine.

This time, hopes were higher than ever.

Both Mia and Jamie felt more confident about the exam topics.

With exams behind her, Mia was free at last. She spent an entire day and night snuggled up with her son, waking only when Andre returned from work.

The two had become true sleepyheads.

With a bit of downtime, Mia felt a strange emptiness inside.

After her long nap, she confided in her friends, "Molly, I feel so guilty just lounging around."

Jade teased, "Why don't you take my job, and I'll stay home and feel guilty for you?"

And so, Henry became the busiest little guy. Each day, with his mom's guidance, he "improved" bit by bit, swinging his little fists.

When Andre came home from work, he saw Mia coaching their son in boxing in the yard.

Sometimes, when picking up his son from the Irvin family, he'd find Cooper teaching the boy archery.

Andre had his concerns, discussing them with Conner over drinks. "Starting fights at two—should we really keep hosting The Silent Ring tournament?"

Conner replied, "Who's got the guts to mess with my son? Did you hit them back?"

"It was a three-year-old."

Conner chuckled, "Ever heard of 'the sins of the father'?"

Andre was left speechless.
