After the meal everyone returned to the living room.

appealing display.
Larissa loved strawberries. Her gaze drifted involuntarily toward the strawberries as soon as one of the stall appeared with them on a tray.
Violet had a keen sense of observation and immediately saw through her thoughts. She beckoned the statt. “Put the strawberries in front
of Lar,”
However, he was intercepted by Kevan. “We should serve guests first. Ruby, have these strawberries.”
Ruby widened her eyes in surprise, seemingly surprised by such a sweet gesture from Kevan.

priority.”

Staring at their performance with a detached expression, Larissa cussed silently in her heart, “How shameless can these two be?”
Even if her marriage to Kevan was lake, Ruby and Cody’s marriage was real, right?
They were being so intimate as it no one else was present, yet Cody seemed oblivious to the tension between Kevan and his wife.
