Kevan snorted coldly before walking to his study. Closing the door, he made a call. “Buy a Ragdoll kitten and deliver it to Ruby. It must be done today.”

Kevan still answered the call in the living room, in full view of Larissa. He still did not wear any audio equipment so Larissa could not even pretend that she could not hear Ruby’s voice, which came through clearly through the phone’s speakers.
“Kevan! The kitty’s here!” Ruby was hugging a Ragdoll kitten that was about the size of Mu fin, and she lifted one of its paws to greet

Kevan smiled and asked her. “Do you like it?”

Kevan’s smile faded a bit. “What’s wrong? You don’t like it?”
“I do, but Ruby paused. “I feel that this kitty isn’t as cute as yours, you know? Besides, it also looks dumb and slow

She gazed at M uffin in mesmerization, the love in her eyes overllowing.
“Since you like it so much, let’s switch,” Kevan made his decision quickly.
