When they arrived at the hotel, Lewis finally asked the question on his mind all day. “Is Sharon Davis really your friend?” 

Since Brian wasn’t familiar with Larissa, he could be locled by their pretense. However, Lewis knew that Larissa’s reaction wasn’t right. It wasn’t what one would expect from meeting an old friend. 

“Not really. Sharan is the wile of Kevan’s friend. I’ve met her a few times. I never expected to meet her at Thompson Medical. I certainly didn’t expect her to help me.” Larissa didn’t see the need to hide anything. 

Pursing his ips, Lewis furrowed his brows as he seemed lost in thought. 

Larissa was afraid that their act would be exposed with Brian present, so she hadn’t expressed her gratitude properly to Sharon. 

She sent a WhatsApp message to Sharon, “Ms. Davis, thank you so much for your help today. I was wondering if you are free tomorrow for dinner. My colleague and I would like to thank you over a meal” 

Sharon replied quickly. “There’s no need to thank me. However, if you are treating me to dinner as a friend, I’m more than willing.” 

Larissa had just typed in her response in the reply box when another message from Sharon came in, “It would be better il you could invite Mr. Rogers and Dylan as well.” 

Larissa couldn’t help but smile. Sharon’s intentions were quite transparent, albeit a little awkward. 

She sent a reply to Sharon, “Okay!” 

After that, she called Kevan, “Are you free tomorrow night? Sharon did me a big favor tccay, so I want to invite her to dinner. I’m worried that she might decine, I want to invite her along with Cylan under the pretext of having dinner together.” 

“I’m free. Do you need me to make a reservat on?” Kevan asked. 

“Alright! Don’t choose a cheap restaurant. There’s no need to save money for my sake,” Larissa replied.
