After the treatment, Vivian stayed in the isolation for seven days, the longest time ever. Terence was impatient waiting outside. Many times he wanted to change into isolation suits to look for Vivian, but the doctor blocked him out. Terence was a little worried when he saw the three doctor would come to the hospital every day. But they told him that everything was fine, and even Vivian said she was fine. Now his worries grew.
A week had passed. Worried as Fiona and Spencer were, they came to visit her. When they got there, the first glimmer of the morning sun hadn't dissipated. Just then, Vivian was transferred to the general ward from the isolation.
"I'm fine, really." With a resigned look on her face, Vivian nudged Terence. When she raised her eyes, she happened to see the savior of Fiona. She greeted, "Hi, Fiona! Here you are! Come here! Come here! I haven't seen you for a week. I miss you so much! Where is Sarah? "
"Sarah is outside and Karl is taking care of her. I guess she won't come back until a while later." Supported by Spencer, Fiona walked inside the room. Then she asked, "Vivian, how are you doing?" Then she noticed the frown on Terence's face. "What's wrong with you? You look unhappy. "
The corners of Terence's mouth turned up slightly. When he was about to explain, Vivian interrupted him.
"Ouch!" Vivian curled her lips unhappily, "Because I stayed in the isolation for two more days. Mr. Terence was not satisfied and kept asking me if I was okay. I haven't said anything yet, but he looked unhappy. " She gave Terence a disdainful look. "Can't you see whether I'm good or not?"
"I thought he cared about you! Look at your expression. You even rolled your eyes at him. " Spencer murmured.
"You..." Annoyed, Vivian pointed at Spencer with her finger. After a long while, she couldn't find a word to say. Turning to look at Terence, she grabbed his arm and said in a wronged tone, "I'm so sad, Spencer bullied me. What do you say?"
"Vivian, he didn't mean it. That's how he talks.." Fiona hurried to explain for Spencer.
Terence couldn't help smiling. He patted on Vivian to comfort her and then said, "I'll take care of my wife, Spencer. You have to shut up."
"Aha, now that you have a wife, you forget your brother. Well, forget it." Smiling, Spencer turned to look at Fiona and said, "Honey, let's sit down and ignore them."
Terence laughed and scolded, "You're also a slave for your wife."
"Bullshit! A slave for wife? This is love." Spencer acted like he was instructing Terence to do something. With his chin up proudly, he walked towards the sofa and supported Fiona and said, "Don't let your son tired you."
"Son?" Vivian arched an eyebrow with surprise in her eyes.
Holding Vivian in his arms, Terence explained with a smile, "A new doctor came to the hospital. She made a slip of the tongue during the antenatal check, and let Spencer know in advance that there is a boy in Fiona's belly."
"Yeah, you're right. I'm so angry." Spencer looked depressed.
"The doctor is so muddled!" Vivian smiled, "My father wanted me to learn medicine back then, but I guess I've learned it, I will be even more muddled than the doctor you said."
Fiona pursed her lips into a smile. Hearing what Spencer mumbled, "She has a clear estimation of herself."
"Terence, let's have someone check the gender of my unborn baby, okay?" Vivian was very interested in playing the game.
"Your due date is less than two months. Do you have anything else to check?" Said Terence.
"You are so boring. Don't you want to know?" "Well, since Fiona knows the baby is a boy, she must have prepared the baby supplies, which are very convenient for her!" Vivian pouted
Looking at Spencer, Fiona continued, "Vivian, but you can prepare boys and girls together! Maybe you are carrying opposite sex twins! "
"Yes..." Vivian thought for a while and nodded, "With Terence's powerful strength, it's possible!"
"Mom! Dad! uncle Terence daddy, aunt Vivian! "
After she just finished her words, Sarah was suddenly carried into the room by Karl. After she greeted everyone in the ward, she struggled to get off the ground. After standing at the door for a while, she saw Vivian, smiled and then ran to her and Terence. She came to the bedside and handed the flower to her. "Aunt Vivian, these are picked in the garden. Here you are."
"Oh! Thank you, Sarah." It was not appropriate for Vivian to take the flowers as she was pregnant. Terence bent over to kiss Sarah's forehead and said, "Thank you, Sarah."
Standing on tiptoe, Sarah pressed her lips against Terence's and kissed him back. Smiling, she turned around and saw Fiona. She was so excited that she opened her arms and pounced on her. But before she could touch Fiona's body, she was cut off by Spencer and her little body was lifted from the ground. Spencer caught the little girl with one hand. The little girl waved her arms and legs in the air and shouted, "Dad! Dad! I don't want your hug. I want mom's hug! "
"My little girl, I have told you that mommy can't carry you because she's pregnant now." Spencer explained and held her in his arms.
Sarah puckered her mouth, held some yellow flowers in her hand and sobbed, "Mommy hasn't held me for a long time. I want to give Mommy flowers."
Hearing this, Fiona's heart was softened. She quickly reached out her hands and opened them, "Come here, let me give you a hug. It's okay to hold her for a while. "
Looking at his wife and children, Spencer couldn't help but remind her, "Sarah, you should be quiet, and don't touch your mother's belly."
"Yes!" Sarah nodded and couldn't wait to move to the direction of Fiona.
With a smile, Fiona reached out her hands and held Sarah in her arms. With difficulty, she let her sit on her legs. Sarah opened her arms, snuggled up to Fiona's chest and said in a spoiled tone, "Mom..."
"Good girl." Fondling the back of her head, Fiona asked, "Where did you go?"
"I'm playing with Uncle Karl in the garden. These flowers are for mom and my brother." As she said, she held out a bunch of flowers.
