As the host announced the commencement of the competition, contestants from both teams looked stern. The first part of the competition was a quiz on medical knowledge. 

The contestants were all ready to begin answering questions, but Yvette casually yawned and seemed to be dozing off.

Everyone was anxious, but Nora harbored malicious thoughts. She didn’t care even if they lost; Nora only thought it was the perfect opportunity to get Yvette kicked out of medical school.
