Talented Heiress A Rose with Thorns (Yvette and Wilson) novel Chapter 817

"Yvette, please. I beg of you. Spare me just this once. I know I was wrong. I'm still so young—I can't be banned from the entire medical community!"

"I'm no saint." Yvette looked at Estelle coldly, with no hint of sympathy. "You made your choices. Now, you'll have to face the consequences."

On her knees and begging for mercy, Estelle found no forgiveness. Her hatred for Yvette only grew, and her beautiful face twisted into an ugly, snarling mask of resentment.

"I only did this because of you! You're already so amazing, so why did you even bother coming to this year's International Medical Congress' competition?"

Why come and compete for the championship when she was already so successful?

"Oh," Yvette replied casually, her voice indifferent.

"Because that old man, Mr. Rusell, kept pestering me to participate." This was her sole reason for joining the competition.

Estelle's fury boiled over. Yvette was already so successful, and the championship meant nothing to her. Yet, she still had to compete with her for it, preventing Estelle from winning! Without this victory, how could she earn her family's approval?

"You whore! It's because of you, you damned whore, that I ended up like this!"

Blinded by hatred, Estelle's eyes burned with fury as she lunged at Yvette.

Bored, Yvette began, "Estelle, if you try that again, I swear—"

Just as Estelle charged forward, the door swung open, and Jordan rushed in. His eyes were wide with anger as he watched the scene before him.

"My God, is that... is that President Locke?"
