Talented Heiress A Rose with Thorns (Yvette and Wilson) novel Chapter 842

Wilson followed closely after Yvette, his cold and calculating gaze landing on the smug-looking Victoria.

"Who do you think you are?"

"Wilson…" Victoria hadn't expected WIlson to have come as well. Her expression instantly changed and she looked drastically different from a moment ago.

Wearing an aggrieved expression, she said, "You've misunderstood me, Wilson. I'm just worried that Mrs. Quinn Senior might get angry if she sees Yvie. It would affect her health, which is why I asked Mr. Lacroix to escort her out!"

As she said so, she cast Jimmy a glance, who understood what she meant and hurriedly nodded along.

"That's right! You know as well that Mrs. Quinn Senior isn't fond of Ms. Murray, Mr. Quinn. It's also quite inappropriate for her to show up here—"

Before he could even finish speaking, Wilson unceremoniously kicked him to the ground, voice cold and harsh as he questioned, "Are you trying to teach me how to do things?"

Jimmy was kicked so harshly that his ribs broke. He was in so much pain that he couldn't get back up.

Still, he pleaded pitifully, "No, no! It's a misunderstanding, Mr. Quinn! How would I dare…"

The unease in Victoria's heart increased as she watched everything happen. She quickly and inconspicuously sent the staff accompanying Martha a message, instructing them to bring Martha over immediately.

Once Martha was here, she would manipulate her into bringing up the topic of marriage between her and Wilson. Given how much respect Wilson showed toward Martha, he would definitely agree to it!

At that point, she would be the legitimate future lady of the Quinn household. She'd certainly like to see who dared go against her then! At the mere thought of it, a smile curled on her lips.

Yvette took note of all the changes in Victoria's expression, cherry red lips lifting coldly in a half-smile as she looked at her.
