Taming The Casanova novel Chapter 59

Manyata's POV

I picked the phone again searched the number and pressed the dial. The bell was ringing.

" Hello...Manu??  " Swati picked up the phone, she sounded very excited.

" Hi, Swati !! " I smiled hearing her voice.

" Hi, Manu... I mean bhabhi... "

" No Swati, call me Manu, please... Like earlier.  "

" No bhabhi, I didn't know, that you were already married to Sahil bhai, so I called you Manu. But bhai is older than me. So I can't call you by name."

" Swati... "

" Please bhabhi... I missed you a lot "

" I missed you too. "

" Bhabhi... I need to tell you something... "

" Hmmm please... "

" Bhabhi... Actually today... Dad and Mathur uncle decided that... " She seemed to be unsure, how to tell so I prompted her.

" Decided what?? "

" That ... Samar Ji and I are to be married. "

" What?? Wow!! I am so happy for you. Congratulations !! "

" Thanks, bhabhi, Samar Ji had already talked to Sagar bhai and dad but we were scared about Sahil bhai's response. "

" Why ??"

" Samar Ji is his best friend... And he had this doubt that Sahil bhai might beat him to a pulp. "

" So what happened?? "

" He was very supportive and happy. They even teased each other. He has changed a lot bhabhi...  "

" Seriously?? " I was surprised to know that. I wanted to ask more about him.

" Yes bhabhi, Samar Ji didn't want our parents to talk about it, till he told everything to Sahil bhai. "

" Oh ok... is that why Samar Ji called in the morning? "

" One of the reasons bhabhi. But bhai came quite sooner than we expected. Samar Ji told us that he talked to you."

" Yeah... he left right after that call. Though Vikram bhai didn't want him to go today. His hand was hurt and the long journey.... "

" Bhai's hand was hurt?? How??  "

" Yeah... I... don't know. Is he... fine? "

" Seems to be... He went to the site right after the lunch at Samar Ji's place and hasn't come back till now. "

" Oh...ok." I felt disappointed.

" Bhabhi, I want you to be with me for my engagement. Please... "

" Y..yeah... I will try... "

" No... You have to come... Or I will not do any engagement.  "

"  What?? Are you crazy?? Samar Ji will kill me."

" I don't know... I have told you. "

" Ok... fine... "

" Thankyou bhabhi... "

I felt awkward as well as good to hear her call me as bhabhi.

" One more thing bhabhi... "

" What?? I need to buy a dress for engagement. Will you help me?? "

" How?? You are there and I am here."

" We'll find a way... Can you please get one from Mr Mohit?? "

" Sure ... Done. He is working on the Summer Bridal collection. The dresses are really good. "

" Great !!!  Thankyou bhabhi... I love you. "

" I love you too. "

"' Bye bhabhi, mom is calling me. "

" Bye Swati, it was nice to talk to you. I was missing you a lot but when I talked to Samar Ji in the morning, since then I have been missing you a lot."

" Then keep calling bhabhi... I missed you too. "

I disconnected the call. I was still thinking about him.

Sahil's POV

I went to the site and tried to solve the problem. It was some technical issue. After about 3 hours, I finally found the solution. I gave them the solution and asked them to take all the necessary corrective measures.

It was 8 in the evening when I came back. I was extremely tired.

Mom and Swati had prepared my favourite food.

We all settled down to eat. Everyone looked happy.

I was also happy though, I missed her. Mom and dad went to their room as they were tired and wanted to discuss the engagement.

" Bhai how is your hand now? " She asked.

" It Is fine now... Samar told you? " I said with a frown.

" Why did you drove, when your hand was hurt? And no, Samar Ji didn't tell me. "

*****

It was morning and I got ready and went to the office and when Samar came we both went to the site. The problem was solved and the work was going smoothly.

We came back home and enjoyed a good time with mom talking about shopping.

Ughhh... These women. We just had a wedding in our family and had tons of dresses.

I agreed that Swati would need something special but we didn't.

" Mom, I have already decided that I want my dress to be made only by Mohit Ji. " Swati said.

" What?? No... Not again. " Samar and I said again.

Oh!!  so last time this idiot was getting jealous vas that tailor flirted with Swati. And I thought that it was for...

" Why ?? What is the problem?? He is so talented. His dresses were awesome. "

" But he is irritating. " Samar said and I nodded.

" You don't need to worry. I will go with my bhabhis. I will go to the workshop. Manu bhabhi said that he is working on his new summer bridal collection. It is awesome.  "

" I will not let you go there alone. " I said.

" I will not go alone bhai. Bhabhis will go. "

" I will also go... " I said.

" You don't like shopping. "

" I don't like that tailor and those bunch of jokers. I won't let three of you go there with one of us. " I said making a face.

" There are more? " Samar asked.

" Don't ask, I had to deal with three of them. My blood was boiling like anything. Ultimately, I had to tell them that I was Manu's boyfriend to keep them away." I told him.

" Swati you can't go there... " Samar said immediately.

" Samar Ji, I will go... " Swati brushed it off.

" Then I will also go... " Samar said.

" No, you can't see me in that dress before the engagement. You will not come," she said glaring at Samar.

" I can't let you go alone," he said.

" What's wrong with both of you?? "

" He flirts with all girls. I can't let you be there without me." Samar said.

I could understand how he felt. Poor Samar...

" Don't worry. But you are not going. "

" I am.... " they kept arguing.

It had been two days since I came here. I would be going to Delhi tomorrow, I was already missing her.  Sagar and Damini would be back day after tomorrow. I was excited...
